Business Opportunity   

In addition to two holiday cottages, I also have a large, steel framed, timber-clad barn with not much to do!

The barn is about 10 years old, 11,000 sq ft with block walls to about 10 ft and timber cladding above.  It has a large insulated workshop in one corner, some mezzanine storage and three phase electric.  There is plenty of parking and turning space outside and good access all round.

I am interested in any ideas, projects or offers to lease the barn for some useful business purpose.
